Kenyatta ICC trial adjourned until October

The Kenyan President, Uhuru Kenyatta’s trial at the International Criminal Court was, today, further postponed to October.

Outlining the reason for the decision the, ICC said,

“The purpose of the adjournment is to provide the government of Kenya with a further, time-limited opportunity to provide certain records, which the prosecution has previously requested.”

The prosecution was initially granted more time in January to gather further evidence for the case.
