United States and European Union officials have suggested that Iran will meet 6 senior officials at the United Nations this week to discuss its nuclear programme.
The talks taking place on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York ,will include Secretary of State John Kerry, in what will be the highest level US-Iran meeting on over 3 decades.
The EU foreign police chief, Catherine Ashton, said that Iran’s chief nuclear negotiator would meet the five permanent UN Security Council members and Germany.
