The Sri Lankan military declared open a new accommodation block for troops in Kilinochchi this week, declared an official army website.

The new accommodation is for trainees at the Ampakamam Training School and was built using troops from the 11th Engineers Services Regiment.

In June and November last year the training school had further accommodation buildings constructed.
