Any agreement with Iran must include commitment to recognise state of Israel, says Netanyahu

Any final nuclear deal with Iran must include commitment form Tehran to recognise Israel’s right to exist, said the Israeli prime minister on Friday.

In a statement released after a preliminary international agreement was reached on Iran’s nuclear programme, Banjamin Netanyahu, said,

“Israel demands that any final agreement with Iran will include a clear and unambiguous Iranian commitment of Israel’s righ to exist. Israel will not accept an agreement which allows a country that vows to annihilate us to develop nuclear weapons, period.”

Hours after the preliminary nuclear agreement was made, US president Barack Obama rang Mr  Netanyahu to assure him that the agreement was towards a lasting solution for stability.
