CONIFA, the Confederation of Independent Football Associations, is the football federation for all associations outside FIFA.
It’s a global acting non-profit organization that supports representatives of international football teams from nations, de-facto nations, regions, minority peoples and sports isolated territories.
CONIFA was founded on the 7th of June 2013, and organized his first World Football Cup in June 2014 in Ostersund, Sweden.
TEFA was created by the Global Tamil Youth League (GTYL) in April 2012. TEFA is currently a member of the Confederation of Independent Football Associations and currently manages both Men and Women's National Football teams of Tamil Eelam. In early 2012 youth groups across the globe such as the Tamil Youth Organisation (TYO) and the Candian Tamil Youth Alliance (CTYA) joined together as the Global Tamil Youth League (GTYL) to attend the 2nd annual Global Tamil Youth Conference. At this conference the GTYL proposed and created the Tamil Eelam Football Association.
