The 683 Bridgade of the Sri Lankan army celebrated 8 years since its founding with a Buddhist ceremony in Mullaitivu last month.
Blessings were sought for the Sri Lankan soldiers station at the Sri Lankan security forces’ headquarters in Mullaitivu during the Buddhist ‘Bodhi Pooja’.

A military parade was also held to mark the occasion.
