The head prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Fatour Bensouda, believes that Palestine qualifies to join the ICC after the UN general Assembly voted to admit the country as a non-member state in November.
The prosecutor was speaking at the Arab World conference in Tunisia, which involved discussions including expert opinions in matters of transitional justice and processes in Arab countries, and the role of the International Criminal Court in the region.
