Iran and world powers have reached a preliminary agreement on sanctions relief announced diplomats on Saturday.
Speaking from Vienna, officials said that the sanctions annex was completed during negotiations between Iran, US, Britain, China, France, Germany and Russia.
Negotiators are looking to finalise the deal by July 7 reports the Guardian.
A major sticking point in negotiations has been the sequencing of sanctions relief. A system that allows for automatic “snapback” sanctions on Iran in the event of agreement violations has also been heavily opposed by Russia.
